Goal

PW Krystian specializes in manufacturing certified protective clothing and distributing personal protective equipment. The organization needed a comprehensive solution to help manage the areas of marketing, sales and after-sales customer service within a single system. The primary goal was to streamline communication and data flow between departments, and to reduce the turnaround time of processes related to marketing personalization, quoting and call handling.

Solution

The project is based on Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules, which guarantee data consistency. Great emphasis was placed on reporting issues and KPIs. The system is equipped with mechanisms that guarantee data quality improvement. Thanks to the creation of transparent reports, it is possible to continuously monitor the effects of activities in all departments and make informed business decisions based on their analysis. The automation of processes allowed redirecting employees’ time to build relationships with customers.

Result

PW Krystian is taking full advantage of the potential of the purchased tools, increasing its own brand recognition and improving customer service through personalized marketing activities and efficient handling of inquiries. The project is still in the development phase, with the client implementing more processes on the platform and expanding the system’s analytical layer.
